Dbos Holding B.V. is responsible for processing personal data for Hermy Campus.

We process account information, data you add and technical information needed to operate Campus and investigate misuse. We use this information to provide the service and respond to your questions.

Uploaded files are kept in our hosted storage. When you use AI, your question and relevant content may be sent to the selected AI provider. Processing may take place outside the European Economic Area; do not use sensitive personal data or confidential information belonging to others during testing.

We retain data for as long as needed for your account, the service or legal obligations. You can delete files in the Safe. Email us to request access, correction, a copy of your personal data or deletion of your account. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

We use necessary cookies for login and your session. The public introduction page adds no advertising or analytics trackers.

Campus is provided by Dbos Holding B.V. and is currently available by invitation. Features may change or become temporarily unavailable during testing.

Only upload files you are entitled to use. Keep the originals of important files. The Safe is not a backup service.

AI can give incorrect or incomplete answers. Check results before making decisions based on them.
